At first the 5 or 6 stores videos seem like Twin Peaks cosplay; surreal recitations and actions meant to disturb the viewer. Why are they saying these things? Why are they moving their bodies this way? Is this found footage of auditions? What is happening? Who is responsible for this?

Turns out they were recordings of acting classes, including classes focused on non-actors who wanted to learn public speaking, managing social anxiety, and other similar goals. It might be the most charming background to any weird youtube video. It's lovely that people were able to experiment with communication and have fun doing it.

That's what this zine is about: weird improv games you can play with your friends & family. A set of prompts and structures for saying really weird things to each other and laughing about it.

The zine is a collection of 7 small games that can be played in person or over video chat. The games are based in part on existing improv games and party games with unusual twists.
